Said my web site. If you have read my blog in the past 3 years you will have seen some changes. It has gone from being homeschool centric to internet marketing and video marketing.
This year has been a real year of purpose for me. Really, that is the word Father Yah gave me. It has helped me to focus. I have been blessed with many gifts. Can't brag about that. He made me. It's on Him. I'm also not saying that I have done much with what He's given me. Much was given. Much will be expected.
What is HDD?
I don't know if this is a real term but HDD is essentially my personal name and diagnosis for my ADD. I was listening to someone who deals with Attention Deficit Disorder and I saw myself as... what was I typing? Oh yes, a bad joke about my ADD. No, it really makes sense to me now. At my advanced age, I was never able to give it a name. I try to be careful because there is death and life in the power of our words but... it also helps to know what we are up against.
Plus, ADD can be a gift. It is not a curse. So, I call it Hyper Attention Disorder. Why? Because I pay attention to a lot of things rather than having an actual deficit. So, I need more learning on this, but I am working more focused as I have been studying how to do so.
So why all the changes if you are concerned about too many changes?
My life has been a lot about change. But the change we got going on here is about focus. Through years of study, I have heard from experts that a blog must have a focus. Through prayer and fasting, I have cornered the corner. I have pointed the pen in the direction of simplifying. But not just anything; simplifying our faith.
We all need a reboot.
It is my firm belief that each person needs a reboot at some point. In the world of faith, we go through numerous ones. I believe that (God) Yah is actually drawing people to a reboot.
Thus says the LORD (YHWH), "Stand by the ways and see and ask for the ancient paths, Where the good way is, and walk in it; And you will find rest for your souls. But they said, 'We will not walk in it.' - Jeremiah 6:16
Am I Jewish is the first in a trio of books that The Ruach is giving me to write and share. There are others but this is the starting point of a ministry of restoration built around a simple concept - Reboot Faith.
I will speak on it more, but the concept, as I said, is simple. Get back to the basics, and I really mean BASICS.
I invite you to consider rebooting so that you can re-root your entire life.
Have you ever needed a reboot? Do you need one now? Share with me in the comments below.
Be blessed and keep smiling.
